The initial consultation is the most important part of the process and will provide the framework necessary for a successful remodeling project. This is an opportunity for us to form a more complete picture of what your expectations are and the preparation needed. We will discuss the following:
Budget and Scope of Project-How big of an investment do you want to make in your home or business? Are you wanting to update your home to put on the market? Has your business grown and you are ready to expand your space? Looking to turn your primary bathroom into a spa oasis? Or are you finally ready to cook in your dream kitchen? Knowing your budget will help determine what direction your project takes. Rest assured, quality is always first and foremost.
Short and Long Term Expectations-Construction in one's personal space can be stressful if you aren't prepared. Understanding the basics (timeline, pre-construction preparation and construction) will help keep the project moving smoothly and lessen the inconvenience and stress on you. Our experience allows us to efficiently manage your remodeling project and deal with the day to day decisions needed for a project to be successful.

Design-If you simply have a general idea of what you want, no problem! We're here to help and guide you through the whole process. Deciding on fixtures, layout, electrical, flooring and the many other details can be overwhelming. When needed we can provide professional design and architectural planning. We can also work off of plans already created if you have your own designer or architect. (An initial meeting with your designer and/or architect may be required to review any design plans).
